Learn more →Pennsylvania's Storage Tank Program is run by DEP under 25 Pa. Code Chapter 245. There were about 21,420 regulated USTs at more than 12,300 facilities in the state per DEP's 2022 program description, and EPA counted 20,778 active USTs in its mid-year FY2026 measures [1][2].
